Quantum Coaching
Life in the 21st century offers us more and more opportunities and can be an exciting time. However, it also means that, for many, life is getting increasingly complex and stressful. More opportunities create more choices, and navigating our way through these choices can be a real challenge.
At Quantum, we show you how to use the tools and techniques that already exist within your personal armoury to meet these challenges, both in your personal and professional life. In effect, we become your personal trainer, keeping you focused on your vision and supporting you through the steps to get there.
There are many benefits to be gained by engaging with a coach, both within our personal and professional lives.
Coaching is a powerful relationship and an interactive process between you and your coach, providing you with focused, objective and independent support to achieve your goals. It provides:
- Structure.
- Accountability.
- Feedback, and Support.
Coaching is a non-judgmental, non-threatening approach to dealing with important issues in your life. It is a powerful approach that enables you to bring out your very best potential and to enhance both your personal and professional life.
Coaching helps to raise self awareness and gain greater clarity, leading to:
- More satisfying relationships
- Achievement of your goals
- Realising your dreams
- Improving your performance at work

Return on Investment
Call Quantum to discuss your requirements and we will deliver a tailor-made solution for you.
Working with Quantum Coaching and Consulting involves three types of investment:
Return on Investment - Time
The investment of time falls into two categories:Coaching session - will last for an hour (although this could be longer depending on your needs) with the frequency agreed between you and your coach. To get the most out of coaching and to kick-start you into action, we normally recommend fortnightly sessions, although monthly or other arrangements can be agreed with your coach, depending on your personal needs.
Between sessions - you must be committed to find the time you need to complete the steps that you have identified that will move you towards achieving your goal. Coaching will identify what you have to do, how you can do it and how you can overcome the obstacles in your way. Change doesn't happen without effort.
Return on Investment - Money
There are two ways of looking at your cash investment. Firstly the actual money involved, and secondly, the cost of not having any coaching (the so-called 'Opportunity Cost').Ask yourself:
What is it worth to me to achieve my goals? What is it worth to me to make fundamental changes to my life or career?
What are the benefits to me in both monetary and non-monetary terms of success?
The answers to these questions will invariably be much greater than the actual monetary outlay on the coaching sessions.
The cost of not having any coaching:
- Reduced employee engagement
- Reduced employee relations
- Poor or reduced performance
- Lost opportunity to improve/enhance employee relations
- Lack of awareness
The benefits of investing money in coaching:
- Increased employee engagement = lower staff turnover and increased morale and productivity
- Enhanced employee relations
- Optimum maximisation of potential performance = ££££
- Greater self awareness
Therefore, each £1 spent on coaching can generate between £6 and £10 back".

Return on Investment - Energy
Making fundamental changes in our lives takes great commitment and energy. During the coaching process, you will be challenged to do things you may not have experienced before. Sometimes pushing you beyond the boundaries of your comfort zone in order to get to places you haven't been to before.
Note though, that the changes that happen will be the changes you want to make. For the coaching process to work, you will:
- Need to change the way you think
- Abandon negative thoughts that may have been holding you back
- Adopt a 'can do' attitude
As your coach, we will use our expertise and experience to help you find the right way for you. We will support and encourage you to achieve your goals. Ultimately, it is:
- You who will make the changes you need to make
- Your energy that will get you there
- Your success when you reach your goal
