Beverly Robinson Associate
Beverley has more than 20 years experience working as a senior manager for a leading player in the global ICT industry. She has broad international corporate communications experience across all constituencies, including media, industry analysts, government, opinion formers, customers and employees.

In recent years, she has developed a professional interest in leadership and executive development, and has complemented her communications skills with comprehensive training and experience in global executive coaching.

Beverley has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region, the US and Europe and has an impressive track record in leading international teams. Her particular strength is in leadership development and cross-cultural coaching.

David Harris Associate
David is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and is committed to continuous improvement in the coaching domain. He is passionate about people and their potential. His goal is to provide an environment for them to release their potential and lead the life they want to live.

David worked for 25 years in the IT sector in various roles ranging from Programmer to Managing Director before he realised, although hugely successful on the outside, he did not feel fulfilled. He started a personal development programme incorporating NLP (of which he is a Master Practitioner) and found his passion for people to be his core motivation. As a result David now works full time as an NLP Life, Executive and Business coach specialising in energy and leadership.

David's other passion is horses; he first rode at the age of ten. During his work in NLP he realised he was not interacting with horses in a truly congruent way. This started his journey of discovery for a better way to be with horse. This journey included studying the work of Pat Parelli, Tom and Bill Dorrance, Monty Roberts and Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling. Through these studies David began to understand horses at a new level, which enabled him to work with the horses in a new dimension and achieve extraordinary results. David is an advocate of natural horsemanship, which means he keeps his horses as natural as possible, living outside in a herd, no shoes and as much natural feed as possible.

David has created an amazing development programme, which fuses his personal development skills and horsemanship skills to provide participants with a profound and unique experience. This programme is designed to allow people to experience alignment of their leadership skills with their identity. Martin Garwood Associate
Martin's expertise as a coach is drawn from over 25 years work in the public sector, largely in education. Working at a senior level, he was Project Director of the North Gillingham Education Action Zone, from June 2000 to January 2005, working with schools and private sector organisations to help improve social inclusion and educational standards.

He is a talented trainer, with a strong commitment to developing teaching, learning and leadership. Martin has also written several books on education management.

He now works independently, providing consultancy and coaching services to schools, education authorities and other organisations, including the Southend Excellence Cluster and the British Council. As a qualified and experienced coach, he specialises in working with leaders and their teams, helping them to maximise their potential. He is also an accredited Firework career coach, with expertise in redundancy and retirement planning, both areas where he has personal insight and experience.
