The owner directors of Quantum, part of the QCC Group, all have experience of working in large organisations and within training and coaching environments. One of our directors spent many years in HR; another was a Project Manager for what was then the world’s largest independent training company, where his key client was the Cabinet Office, the 850 civil servants (including the Head of the Civil Service) who assist the UK Government’s Cabinet.
Together with our associates and affiliates, we already have an enviable track-record of success with many clients who range from the large global ‘household names’ to smaller, lesser known enterprises.
Much of our business originates from our existing clients. All have a vast experience of developing and evaluating training solutions in addition to delivering programmes. Thus, each has a great deal of operational experience and will have been exposed to relevant, ‘real life’ issues rather than solely referring to the ‘text book’.
