The three owner directors of Quantum, part of the QCC Group, all have experience of working in large organisations and within training and coaching environments. One of our directors ran a learning and development division for three years; another spent many years in HR; and the third was a Project Manager for what was then the world's largest independent training company, where his key client was the Cabinet Office, the 850 civil servants (including the Head of the Civil Service) who assist the UK Government's Cabinet.

Together with our associates and affiliates, we already have an enviable track-record of success with many clients who range from the large global 'household names' to smaller, lesser known enterprises.

Much of our business originates from our existing clients. Their confidence in us is evidenced by their enthusiastic feedback, by the fact that they come back to us for more and that they often refer our services to others.
