About Training


Quantum Training

The three owner directors of Quantum, part of the QCC Group, all have experience of working in large organisations and within training and coaching environments. One of our directors ran a learning and development division for three years; another spent many years in HR; and the third was a Project Manager for what was then the world's largest independent training company, where his key client was the Cabinet Office, the 850 civil servants (including the Head of the Civil Service) who assist the UK Government's Cabinet.

Together with our associates and affiliates, we already have an enviable track-record of success with many clients who range from the large global 'household names' to smaller, lesser known enterprises.

Much of our business originates from our existing clients. Their confidence in us is evidenced by their enthusiastic feedback, by the fact that they come back to us for more and that they often refer our services to others. We have quickly built up a terrific reputation and confidence in our ability to deliver outstanding results.

First and foremost, we compete on quality. This is exemplified by the pedigree of Quantum's / QCC Group's coaches and trainers. For example:

  • Many are backed by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) accreditation and have obtained specific qualifications for Training and Development
  • Many have British Psychological Society accreditation
  • All coaches are accredited by reputable coach training organisations
  • Trainers have many years' experience in training in a diverse range of organisations world-wide.

All have a vast experience of developing and evaluating training solutions in addition to delivering programmes. Thus, each has a great deal of operational experience and will have been exposed to relevant, 'real life' issues rather than solely referring to the 'text book'.

Quantum / QCC Group has in excess of 50 associate trainers and coaches, which enables us to provide the majority of any client's training and development requirements.
