Some clients are on a journey of self discovery, some are trying to unlock a specific problem at work, Helen's empathy and discretion ensure that clients set the boundaries, complimented by a drive and enthusiasm for success that make their individual journey enjoyable.

Helen is a qualified coach with a background rich in managing, developing and mentoring people. She has worked with a number of blue chip companies including KPMG, UBS, PWC, RBS, HSBC, Bank of America, Deutsche bank, BP, Johnson Controls, BBC but to name a few. Spending several years as a highly-successful senior management-recruitment consultant after operational management positions within the contract-catering industry, having started her career in the very different environment of a merchant bank, Klienwort Dresner.

Helen also headed up the training and development division for a dynamic talent retention company. In that time, she was instrumental in helping to grow that division by 40%.

Helen's interest in the diversity of both people and working environments is reflected in her overseas work experience and having travelled the globe twice, and worked in five countries.
